NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENACT ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, intends to enact an Ordinance at its regular monthly meeting to be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Municipal Building, 350 Adams Street, Rochester, PA 15074. A brief summary thereof is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF ROCHESTER, BEAVER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE PREVIOUS OPENING, EXCAVATIONS AND PAVEMENT CUTS ORDINANCE NO. 5-2011 OF THE ROCHESTER BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES; ISSUING NEW STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES REGULATING STREET OPENINGS AND PAVEMENT CUTS; REQUIRING PERMITS THEREFOR; IMPOSING FEES; REQUIRING DEPOSITS AND BONDS; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF A copy of this proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Borough Office and at the Beaver County Law Library, Courthouse, Beaver, PA.
