NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENACT ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Industry, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, intends to enact an Ordinance at its regular monthly meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Borough Building, 1620-B Midland-Beaver Road, Industry Borough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. A brief summary thereof is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF INDUSTRY, COUNTY OF BEAVER AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 29-69, KNOWN AS THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF INDUSTRY, ENACTED OCTOBER 1, 1969, AS AMENDED, AND CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM S-C "SPECIAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT" TO I "INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE BOROUGH OF INDUSTRY The real estate situate in the Borough of Industry, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the zoning classification of which is changed by this Ordinance from S-C "Special Conservation District" to I "Industrial District" consists of 14.8 acres of Tax Map Parcel No. 67-172-0109.P00. The remaining 13.2 acres of Tax Map Parcel No. 67-172-0109.P00 will remain S-C "Special Conservation District." A copy of this proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Borough Secretary/Treasurer, Borough Building, 1620-B Midland-Beaver Road, Industry, Pennsylvania, and at the Beaver County Law Library, Courthouse, Beaver, Pennsylvania.
