NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FILE ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested or who may be affected, that Friends of Memorial Park Pool, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation intends to file Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that the board of directors is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of said corporation so that its corporate existence can be terminated under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.
