NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE PLAT OR PORTION OF THE PLAT OF WORLD EQUESTRIAN ESTATES PHASE 1 Notice is hereby given that, Ocala Equestrian Land, L.L.C., an Ohio limited liability company, proposes to petition the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida to adopt a Resolution to vacate and annul a portion of the Plat of World Equestrian Estates Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 86, Public Records of Marion County, Florida. The property to be vacated and annulled is described as follows: Lots 1 through 20 Lot 48 The portion of Tract A labeled "N.W. 92nd Second Terrace" being the portion of Tract A between Lots 6 through 11 and 12 through 18. This procedure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes. The Board shall consider a petition for vacation and resolution to vacate after required publication of this notice. Persons wishing to do so should provide their written comments on this subject to the Office of the County Engineer, 412 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida, 34471, prior to the 16th day of March, 2026, or the hearing on the petition.
