NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID CITY OF CINCINNATI DIVISION OF PURCHASING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND ENGINEERING EV CHARGING, PID 122817 OTR & CBD Garages SCOPE OF WORK The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for EV CHARGING, PID 122817 OTR &CBD GARAGES an LPA project, BID REFERENCE NUMBER 263C909306. This project includes constructing a DCFC EV Charger in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood parking garages and the Cincinnati Business District parking garages. The project's work includes equipment installation; electrical conduit and wiring work; pavement marking and restoration, and other associated construction items. Bidders should contact the Office of the City Purchasing Agent at 513-352-3209 to obtain copies of bidding documents or visit the City's Vendor Self-Serve website at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4. Vendor registration is required. BID SUBMISSIONS Bidders must submit bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website. Bidders must be registered to submit a bid. Bidders can register and submit bids at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4. Bids will be received until May 19, 2026 at 12:00 noon local time. This bid will not be read publicly. No hard copies of bids will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid surety of not less than 10% of the bid amount and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance surety of not less than 100% of the contract value. All bidders will be subject to the provisions in the City of Cincinnati Municipal Code regarding the Equal Employment Opportunity Program contained in Chapter 325 (Ordinance 331-1999) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
