
NOTICE OF INVITING BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Morongo Basin Healthcare District ("DISTRICT") invites and will receive sealed Bids up to but not later than Friday, November 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at 6530 La Contenta Rd., Suite 400, Yucca Valley, CA 92284, for the furnishing to District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Split Rock Re-Roof Project ("the Project"). At said time Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time shall be returned unopened. Bids will be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the Bid opening date. All Bidders must be licensed and a member of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Contact Beverly Krushat at bkrushat@mbhdistrict.org for a complete bidding packet.
Project Description: Tear off existing roof. Inspect and replace any/all bad plywood as needed. Install appropriate shingle underlayment. Replace roof shingle with matching material from existing building on the property, Owens 30-year Dimensional Shingle. Seal and paint all existing roof penetrations. All roof trash and debris to be hauled away by contractor.
