Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25002716CC of the County Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, in which Sentinel Point Townhome Owners Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and David Buddy Cochran, is the Defendant, I, Bill Kinsaul, the Bay County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 38, SENTINEL POINT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 77 through 78, of the Public Records of Bay County, Florida.
The sale will be held on June 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.bay.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat.
