NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE PURSUANT TO § 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES
TO DEFENDANTS, LINDSAY DUGAS, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 8, 2026, in Case No.: 2025-CC-4414 of the County Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, in which Gulf Terrace Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lindsay Dugas is the Defendant, I, Brad E. Embry, the Okaloosa Clerk of Court and Comptroller, will sell at public sale the following described real property
Condominium Unit 191, of Gulf Terrace Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership recorded in Official Records Book 694, Page 657, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, as Supplemented in Official Records Book 741, Page 888, amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 742, Page 916, Modified in Official Records Book 811, Page 739 and amended in Official Records Book 1795, Page 537 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida and reformed by Order dated August 25, 1975 in Case No. 75-1049, Great American Properties-Florida, Inc., V. Gulf Terrace Condominium Association, Inc., together with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration. The Unit's location is shown on the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 6-7, and Pages 64-65, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
The sale will be held on July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
