NOTICE IS GIVEN that by Judgment on Rule dated July 9, 2025, in the matter of DEBRA ROMERO SMITH, ET AL, VS. SANDRA ROMERO LANDRY, ET AL, 15th Judicial District Court, Docket No. C-20251896-J, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, the following described immovable property has been ordered sold to ANATORI, LLC, the sale to take place within seven (7) days:
That certain tract of land, together with all improvements thereon, situated in section 104, T8S, R5E, in the parish of Lafayette, Louisiana, which said tract or parcel of ground is known and designated as tract five on a plat of survey by Edmund E. Dupre, Jr. dated August 1, 1975, revised on August 14, 1975, which said plat is recorded with act number 652398 of the records of the Lafayette parish clerk of court; said tract five containing 1.089 acres and having a frontage of 183.10 feet on a 50 foot road by a depth along its eastern line of 250.39 feet and a depth along its western line of 250.54 feet and having a rear or northern boundary of 190.66 feet and being bounded south by Said Rd., North by property of Antione Landry or assigns, East by tract for and West by property of James Wright, et al. or assigns, of said plat of survey and all as more fully shown on said plat of survey.
Being the same property acquired by Dorphey Romero from Rodney Savoie and Darlene Blanchard by act number 82-2304 of the conveyance records of the office of the clerk of court, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana and subsequently acquired by Sandra Romero Landry, Babie Romero Wiltz, Debra Romero Smith and Earl J. Romero by Judgment of Possession dated September 5, 2024, recorded in the records of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, in Conveyances File Number 2024-00028439.
