NOTICE OF KITSAP COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FORMAL DIRECTOR'S ADMINISTRATIVE INTERPRETATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Department of Community Development (DCD) has issued a Formal Director's Administrative Interpretation of Kitsap County Code (KCC) relating to Title 17 Zoning definitions at KCC 17.110.658 Research Laboratory and 17.110.743 Warehousing and Distribution pursuant to KCC 21.04.040 Director's Interpretations. The full text of the Interpretation is available for review at the DCD, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, except holidays, and online at https://kcowa.us/di. The Interpretation is a Type I decision and is subject to appeal. Pursuant to KCC Title 21.04.290, the Interpretation may be appealed to the Kitsap County Hearing Examiner. Any appeal shall be filed with the DCD at www.Kitsap.gov/DCD no later than 14 calendar days from the date the Interpretation is first published. Appeals shall state the basis for the appeal and shall be accompanied by the required appeal fee. If no timely appeal is filed, this decision shall become final.
