Van Gorden a/k/a Daniel Van Gorden a/k/a Daniel Barry Van Gorden a/k/a Daniel B, Vangorden a/k/a Daniel Vangorden, ET AL., Defendant(s). Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on July 9, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on March 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 6 Woods Place, Middletown, NY 10940. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Middletown, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 24, Block 3 and Lot 49. Approximate amount of judgment is $257,869.43 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #EF004021-2023. The original sale was scheduled for February 23, 2026 at the same time and location.
