NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY Public notice is hereby given that the official annual meeting will be held by the Palm Beach County Educational Facilities Authority (the "Authority") on December 12, 2025, beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the Flagler Steakhouse at The Breakers, 2 South County Road, Palm Beach, Florida, for the purpose of undertaking any business of the Authority as may be necessary or desirable. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, such person may need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose such person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
