NOTICE OF MEETING
THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF KNOX (the "Board"), will meet in public session at 4:15 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 17 Market Square, #201, Knoxville, Tennessee, for the purpose of considering and transacting all business which may properly come before the Board, such business to include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
1. Pursuant to Section 8-44-112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, the Board holds a designated public comment period at each meeting. Members of the public in attendance may provide comments to the Board during such designated time. No advance registration is required.
2. Authorizing all documents and matters necessary or desirable in connection with the issuance of its not to exceed $31,000,000 in the aggregate Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Summit Towers Apartments) Series 2025A-1 and Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Summit Towers Apartments) Series 2025A-2, and its not to exceed $10,000,000 Taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Summit Towers Apartments) Series 2025B, the proceeds of the sale thereof to be loaned to Summit Towers Apts LP, a Delaware limited partnership, to finance the acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of an approximately 277 unit multifamily housing facility located at or near 201 Locust Street, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee 37902.
3. Authorizing all documents and matters necessary or desirable in connection with the issuance of its not to exceed $27,000,000 in the aggregate Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Morningside Gardens Apartments) Series 2025A-1 and Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Morningside Gardens Apartments) Series 2025A-2, and its not to exceed $12,000,000 Taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Morningside Gardens Apartments) Series 2025B, the proceeds of the sale thereof to be loaned to Morningside Gardens Apts LP, a Delaware limited partnership, to finance the acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of an approximately 268 unit multifamily housing facility located at or near 1800 Linden Avenue, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee 37917.
