NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the terms and conditions of certain mortgages made by Becky Beauchine Kulka, address is 6137 Cottage Dr., Haslett, MI 48840 ("Mortgagor") to The Dart Bank, 368 Park St., P.O. Box 40, Mason, Michigan 48854 ("Mortgagee"), dated October 11, 2018 and recorded in the office of the Ingham County, Michigan Register of Deeds recorded at Instrument #2018-035742 and recorded on October 17, 2018. There now being claimed to be due on said mortgages and related notes, the sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two and 01/100 Dollars ($95,542.01) as of January 5, 2026 with interest accruing at $18.18 Per Diem per day thereafter, plus expenses and attorneys' fees. No suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgages or any part thereof; Now therefore by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage and pursuant to the statute of the State of Michigan in such case made and provided, NOTICE is hereby given that on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., said mortgage will be foreclosed by sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the Veterans Memorial Courthouse 313 W.
