Containing 2.87 acres, more or less.
Excepting therefrom:

Together herewith all of our right, title and interest in and to that portion of land shown as "Proposed 83.42' R.O.W. as shown as a portion of Lot 5 Rev. on the aforementioned plan and also shown as a "Proposed 50' Right of Way", being a portion of Lot 5 on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land in Lakeville, Mass. Terms of sale: A deposit of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) by certified or bank check will be required to be paid by the purchaser at the time and place of sale.
