Bassett to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Nationpoint a Division of National City Bank dated October 5, 2006, recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 21482, Page 172; said mortgage was then assigned to U.S. Bank, National Association, as successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the holders of the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2 by virtue of an assignment dated October 18, 2011, and recorded in Book 25804, Page 121; said mortgage was then assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for registered holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2 by virtue of an assignment dated November 29, 2021, and recorded in Book 34716, Page 188; said mortgage was then assigned to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for registered holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2 by virtue of an assignment dated July 10, 2024, and recorded in Book 36471, Page 31; of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION at 11:00 AM on April 7, 2026, on the mortgaged premises. Subject to and with the benefit of easements, reservation, restrictions, and taking of record, if any, insofar as the same are now in force and applicable. In the event of any typographical error set forth herein in the legal description of the premises, the description as set forth and contained in the mortgage shall control by reference.
