NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING - GOODLAND PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a Neighborhood Information Meeting will be held for the Goodland Pump Station Improvements variance application, VP-26-000054, at 2559 San Marco Rd, Marco Island, FL 34140. The request is for setback relief for the existing water tank and pump station, along with small encroachments for landscaping, parking, and a new emergency generator. The Neighborhood Information Meeting will be held on June 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. The application will then be considered by the Marco Island Planning Board on July 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and the City Council on August 3, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., both in the Dr. Fay and Bedford Biles Community Room, 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida.
