NOTICE OF NON-JUDICIAL SALE OF VESSELS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 328.17 Notice is hereby given that the following vessels will sell at Public Sale Auction to the highest bidder, subject to a reserve in the amount of Southern Marinas Harbortown, LLC ("Harbortown Marina")'s possessory lien on the date of the auction. Current reserve for auctions will be announced in advance of the bidding on the date of sale.
