NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURE FOR THOMAS IRVINE, M.D. PULMONARY MEDICINE Dear Patients, We regret to inform you that the Pulmonary Practice of Dr. Thomas Irvine will close due to a serious medical illness on May 20th 2026. Dr Irvine wants to thank those who have allowed him to be a part of their lives. We understand that this will be a difficult situation. At this time, we encourage all patients to contact their primary care Physician for referrals to another pulmonologist and for assistance with prescription refills. Our Patient's Primary care doctors will be given information on how to obtain medical records. Our staff, Karen and Laura will be available until 5/20/26, to fill prescriptions and answer concerns.
