NOTICE OF ORDER OF PUBLICATION SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY CHANCERY DIVISION- FAMILY PART: HUDSON COUNTY DOCKET NO.: FM-09-1170-26 NOTICE OF ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO: ILONA KRIOUTCHKOVA By Order of the Superior Court of New Jersey, you are hereby notified that a Complaint for Divorce has been filed against you in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Hudson County, bearing Docket No. FM-09-1170-26, in which Christopher Serrano is the Plaintiff and you are the Defendant. By Order of the Court dated April 7, 2026, you are required to appear and defend against the Complaint within 35 days after publication of this Notice. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The relief sought in the Complaint is a Judgment of Divorce in order to dissolve the marriage. You shall file your Answer or appearance with the Clerk of the Superior Court at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County Superior Court, Family Division. Located at 595 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306. A copy of your Answer or appearance shall also be sent to Plaintiff's attorney, Noel Rivers, Esq. of Rivers Law Firm LLC, at P.O. Within 35 days of the date that the Notice of the Filing of the Divorce Complaint is published in The Bergen Record, the Defendant shall serve upon Plaintiff and file with the Court, along with proof of service on Plaintiff, located at Hudson County Courthouse, 595 Newark Avenue, Family Part, Jersey City, NJ 07306, either: (a) an Answer to the Plaintiff's Complaint for Divorce; or (b) a written appearance in accordance with Court Rule 5:4-3(a). If the Defendant fails to file an Answer or appearance with the Court within 35 days of the date that the Notice of the filing of the Divorce Complaint is published in The Bergen Record then judgment by default may be entered against the Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Divorce.
