NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2025-16 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on December 16, 2025. The following is a summary of Ordinance 2025-16 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BEING A PART OF SECTION 10.24.05 OF SAID CODE ZONE AMENDMENT 765: The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone approximately 1.57-acres of property to apply the Mixed Use (MU) Overlay zone in order to facilitate the construction of a mixed-use development proposed to be located on the south side of Corvina Avene, west of Hillman Street (APN 166-250-003)., as set forth more specifically on said map. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare. Said Ordinance was introduced on December 2, 2025, and finally passed and adopted on December 16, 2025, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Dennis A. Mederos, Stephen C.
