NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2026-01 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on December 16, 2025. The following is a summary of said Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BEING A PART OF THE SECTION 10.06.04 OF SAID CODE ZONE AMENDMENTS NOS. 766, 767, 768, 769, AND 770. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the zoning map designation to add the designation of Historic-Cultural Landmark Overlay to the following property: APN 177-200-005 (southwest corner of Tulare Avenue and Mountain View Street); APN 176-112-006 (west side of L Street between San Joaquin Avenue and King Avenue); APN 176-121-025 (east side of L Street between San Joaquin Avenue and King Avenue); and APN 191-100-018 (northwest corner of Tex Drive and Avenue 200). NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare. Said Ordinance was introduced on February 3, 2026, and finally passed and adopted on February 17, 2026, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Mederos, Harrell, Sayre, Sigala, Isherwood; Noes: None
