GERMAN RIVERA JR., Defendant NOTICE OF PENDING FAMILY PART ACTION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division–Family Part, Hunterdon County, seeking sole legal custody and related relief concerning the parties' minor child, born May 29, 2014, including authorization to obtain a United States passport for said child without Defendant's consent. You are required to appear before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division–Family Part, located at 65 Park Avenue, Flemington, New Jersey 08822, on July 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, regarding Plaintiff's request for sole legal custody and authorization to obtain a United States passport for the parties' minor child. Any person wishing to oppose the relief requested should file and serve written opposition as directed by the Superior Court of New Jersey and should promptly contact Plaintiff's counsel to obtain copies of the pleadings and information concerning any scheduled court proceedings. If you fail to respond or otherwise participate in the proceeding after receiving notice thereof, the Court may proceed in your absence and may grant the relief requested.
