NOTICE OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF: FIROOZ PAYAN, aka FIROOZ P. PAYAN, aka PHILLIP F. PAYAN aka PHILLIP PAYAN CASE NO. 2025PRDE047569 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the estate of FIROOZ PAYAN, aka FIROOZ P. PAYAN, aka PHILLIP F. PAYAN aka PHILLIP PAYAN. A PETITION FOR PROBATE was in the Superior Court of California, County of VENTURA. The COURT appointed MAHSHID PAYAN as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent. THE PETITION requested full authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
