NOTICE OF PETITION TO INSTALL GATE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS IN RE: OLD INDEPENDENCE ROAD 32 CASE NO. CC2026-031 Notice is hereby given that a Petition to Install Gate has been filed by Gale Rainwater, Trustee of the Rainwater Family Trust, concerning Old Independence Road 32, a public county road in Crawford County, Arkansas. The Petition requests authorization to install a gate at an appropriate location along Old Independence Road 32, subject to conditions consistent with public use. Any interested party may file written objections or otherwise respond to the Petition in the Crawford County Court.
