Said Lot having a frontage of Twenty-five and three-tenths (25.3') feet on Scarborough Street and a rectangular depth Westwardly to a lane of Ninety-two (92') feet and bounded as follows: On the North by Lot Letter "K", of said re-subdivision, on the East by Scarborough Street, on the South by Lot Letter "M" of said re-subdivision, and on the West by a lane.
