To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. As a result of this investigation, the site has been classified as Tier II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. On November 1, 2025, TKG 112 Grove Street LLC filed a Tier Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
