NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION AND HEARING THEREON FOR Area 29 described as Cliffdale Road, Farrington, Hoke Loop Road, Lake William, Montibello, Reilly Road, and Tunbridge areas to include adjoining streets and/or development as referenced herein. The public will take notice that a Preliminary Assessment Resolution for the extension of its sanitary sewer collection system in all or portions of the following streets: Buhmann Drive, Canary Drive, Cliffdale Road Road, Dunholme Drive, East Cliff Court, Grassy Branch Drive, Hoke Loop Road, Kings Lynn Loop, Lands End Drive, Mittie Lane, Newmarket Court, Old Castle Drive, Pantego Drive, Prestige Boulevard, Salinas Court, San Juan Drive, Shoreway Drive, South Reilly Road, Sykes Pond Road, Tavistock Court, Tunbridge Drive, Umstead Road, and Wayland Drive adopted on the 9th day of February, 2026. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd of March, 2026 in Council Chambers of City Hall located at 433 Hay Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 for the purpose of hearing all interested persons on the proposed Assessment Resolution. A copy is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 433 Hay Street, Third Floor, Fayetteville North Carolina between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individuals desiring to speak at the Public Hearing shall sign up with the City Clerk by name and home address (in writing or in person) before 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of March, 2026 at the City Clerk's office located on the third floor of the City Hall.
