Probate No. 02851ESPR031800 Carl Otto Bleyle died on or about July 13, 2025. On September 25, 2025, the Iowa District Court admitted to probate the will of Carl Otto Bleyle, dated November 29, 2021, and appointed Jonah Bleyle DeGeest as Executor. Any action to set aside the will must be brought in the Iowa District Court for Story County within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice to heirs of the decedent and devisees under the will whose identities are reasonably ascertainable or thereafter be forever barred. All persons indebted to the estate are requested to make immediate payment to the Executor.
