To All Persons Interested in the Estate of Ervin Leroy Burke, who died Feb. 18, 2025: You are notified that on April 27, 2026, the will of Ervin Leroy Burke dated Jan. 9, 2001, was admitted to probate and Jane Louise Burke was appointed executor. Any action to set aside the will must be brought in district court within the later of four months from the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs and devisees, or be forever barred.
