NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Indiana Code 5-3-1-2(b) that it will conduct a public hearing of Ordinance No. 47-2025 and 48-2025 on Monday, October 20th at 7:00 p.m. in its Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. Said ordinance sets forth proposed additional appropriations in certain funds as follows: 2257 Opioid Restricted Fund 2257-0120-101-1196 Salaries & Wages $261,078 2257-0120-101-1302 Overtime $315,000 2215 Emergency Response Fund 2215-0301-101-13602 Overtime $500,000 The proposed additional appropriations are to be presented in detail at said public hearing in accordance with Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-5 This notice is executed this 3rd day of October 2025.
