NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMMUNICATIONS TOWER CONSTRUCTION Horvath Towers VI is planning on constructing a communications tower in Springville, Indiana. Horvath Towers VI has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission for an Antenna Structure Registration utilizing Form 854 with a filing number of A1384462. The tower is located with an address of 639 Arthur Road, Springville, IN 47462. Coordinates of the location are 38° 58' 55.02" N, -86° 40' 15.64" W. The project will consist of the construction of a 290' tall self-support tower plus appurtenances, for an overall height of 300'. The ground space will be developed with a fenced in compound measuring 110' x 70'. The tower will be lit with red and white dual medium intensity strobes.
