NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE 2026-02 BY THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE CONCERNING THE SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2026-02. THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING ON MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026, BEGINNING AT 5:00 P.M. AT 75 KING STREET, ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA. PUBLIC COMMENTS ARE INVITED ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER: ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP (FLUM) DESIGNATION OF A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 0.19 ACRES; LOCATED AT 7 OLD MISSION AVENUE; AS A PORTION OF THE GARNETT ADDITION IN THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER; CHANGING APPROXIMATELY 0.19 ACRES OF PROPERTY FROM ITS CURRENT LAND USE DESIGNATION OF RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY TO COMMERCIAL LOW INTENSITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
