NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE Please be advised that Proposed Ordinance No. 14-25 was presented to the City Council of the City of Pensacola for first reading on Thursday, August 14, 2025, and will be presented for final reading and adoption on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows: P.O. NO. 14-25: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XIV OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 14-3. FIRE CODES, ARTICLE IV PROHIBITED UNLAWFUL ACTS, SECTION 14-3-17, OUTDOOR FIRES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, REPEALING CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public by calling the City Clerk's office to request a copy (850) 435-1606, or may be inspected in the City Clerk's office located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida or on-line with the agenda package on the City's website: https://pensacolafl.portal.civicclerk.com/.
