NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES
Please be advised that Proposed Ordinance Nos. 13-25, 15-25, 16-25, and 17-25 were presented to the City Council of the City of Pensacola for first reading on Thursday, September 11, 2025, and will be presented for final reading and adoption on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., in Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY PURSUANT TO AND CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (2907 E. Lee St. [from R-1AAA, Low-Density Residential Zoning District to R-1AA, Medium-Density Residential])
