NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING FOR MARICOPA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS The Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) posted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Maricopa County Enhanced Regulatory Outreach Program website at maricopa.gov/3536/Active-Regulatory-Process regarding the proposed revision of Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations, Rule 230 (General Permits). MCAQD will take reasonable measures to provide access to department services to individuals with limited ability to speak, write, or understand English and/or to those with disabilities.
