NOTICE OF PROPOSED VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION WITH A ZONING DISTRICT AMENDMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rockledge, Florida will consider a request for voluntary annexation, zoning district amendment, and comprehensive plan amendment submitted by HAP Florida I, LLC, through its agent, Kelly Delmonico, for one parcel consisting of approximately 3.61 +/- acres located at 222 Yellow Place, Rockledge, Florida 32955.
The City of Rockledge Planning Commission will consider the proposed voluntary annexation, zoning district amendment, and comprehensive plan amendment and make a recommendation to the City Council at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida. At that time, interested parties and members of the public will have an opportunity to be heard.
A public hearing before the City Council of the City of Rockledge will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida. At that time, interested parties and members of the public will have an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed voluntary annexation, zoning district amendment, and comprehensive plan amendment.

Such record should include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
