NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF MOBILE HOME PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Palmer Meadows MHC will conduct a public auction sale of a mobile home, more specifically identified as a 1968 FLT, 14' x 42' mobile home located at the Palmer Meadows MHC, 14 Maryann Ct, Lot 15, Hazlet, NJ 07730. The sale will be conducted on the 30th day of January, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. This will be an open auction and the terms of the sale will require that: A. The successful bidder must deposit a minimum of 20% of the successful bid price in cash or certified check immediately with the balance to be paid no later than two (2) hours after the conclusion of the bidding by cash or certified check. The successful bidder must also pay any sales tax and/or any other fees which must be paid to the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles in order to secure a new title from that agency. There is no title for this unit and the successful bidder is responsible for getting a title. No representations or warranties are attached with this sale. B. The successful bidder must remove the mobile home from the premises of Palmer Meadows MHC within twenty four hours of the conclusion of the bidding. C. The home will be sold "as is." Seller makes no representations regarding the condition of the home or any of its contents. D. In the event the successful bidder defaults in any of the terms and conditions the property will be immediately resold without further public advertisement.
