NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE: Pursuant to the Florida Self-Service Storage Facility Act, Sections 83.801–83.809, Florida Statutes, the owner of a self-service storage facility has a lien upon all personal property stored at the facility for rent and other charges incurred for the storage of such property. This notice is provided to advise that the owner is enforcing its lien and intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the personal property located in the rented spaces listed below. The tenants listed may redeem their personal property by paying the amount necessary to satisfy the lien, together with any reasonable expenses incurred, prior to the sale. Notice is hereby given that on July 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the personal property located at Affordable Storage Guys – Salt Springs, 25285 County Road 314, Salt Springs, FL 32134, will open for bids and will be sold to the highest bidder through the public online auction website StorageTreasures.com to satisfy the owner's lien on July 31, 2026 at 12:00PM. The following property will be offered for sale: Unit 75 – John Lindsay: Boxes, furniture, clothing, and other miscellaneous household items.
