NOTICE OF PUBLIC AVAILABILITY
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announces the availability of an Administrative Record for the time-critical removal action at the Former Kil-Tone Company site located in Vineland, Cumberland County, New Jersey. The Administrative Record is comprised of files for public review. The EPA seeks to inform the public of the availability of the record file and to encourage the public to review the documents online or at the information repositories below.
The Administrative Record file includes documents which form the basis for the selection of a time-critical removal action at this site. Documents in the record files may include, but are not limited to, the action memorandum and other reports. Other documents may be added to the record file as they become available. These additional documents may include, but are not limited to, other technical reports, validated sampling data, comments, new data submitted by interested persons, and the EPA responses to significant comments.
