NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC MEETING Sunoco Pipeline LP Twin Oaks-Newark 14" Diameter Pipeline Release - Pursuant to its Public Involvement Plan, notice is hereby given that Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. (SPLP) will receive comments on the Remedial Action Plan that has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The Remedial Action Plan details the remediation options that SPLP has evaluated and selected to address the release of petroleum products in the Mt. Eyre neighborhood of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Remedial Action Plan is based on the site knowledge at the time of its submission, and is subject to revision as additional characterization, monitoring, and pathway investigation is performed. SPLP's Remedial Action Plan can be viewed at https://uppermakefield.incidentupdates.com, and a hard copy of the Remedial Action Plan is available for public review at the Upper Makefield Township Building. Public comments will be accepted through August 3, 2026, and can be sent via email to uppermakefieldact2@energytransfer.com or submitted in writing to SPLP's office at 525 Fritztown Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. SPLP will host a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 8, 2026, at the Crossing Church (1895 Wrightstown Road, Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania 18977).
