NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Sunoco Pipeline LP Twin Oaks-Newark 14" Diameter Pipeline Release Pursuant to its Public Involvement Plan, this notice is hereby given that Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. will receive comments on its Interim Site Characterization Report (ISCR) that it has submitted pursuant to Act 2. The ISCR details the data gathered thus far from ongoing environmental investigations performed in connection with the release of petroleum products in the Mt. Eyre neighborhood of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The report can be viewed at https://uppermakefield.incidentupdates.com, and a hard copy of the report is available for public review at the Upper Makefield Township Building. Public comments will be accepted through Oct. 17, 2025, and can be sent via email to uppermakefieldact2@energytransfer.com or submitted in writing to SPLP's office at 525 Fritztown Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
