NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Sunoco Pipeline LP Twin Oaks-Newark 14" Diameter Pipeline Release Pursuant to its revised public involvement plan, notice is hereby given that Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. (SPLP) will receive comments on a letter that it submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in response to the Department's Letter of Deficiency on SPLP's Interim Site Characterization Report (ISCR). The ISCR outlined SPLP's planned additional field work to complete site characterization, the results of which will be presented in a revised ISCR to be submitted within 60 days of receipt of sampling results from additional planned monitoring wells in the Mt. Eyre neighborhood of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. SPLP's response letter can be viewed at https://uppermakefield.incidentupdates.com, and a hard copy of the letter is available for public review at the Upper Makefield Township Building. Public comments will be accepted through March 19, 2026, and can be sent via email to uppermakefieldact2@energytransfer.com or submitted in writing to SPLP's office at 525 Fritztown Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
