NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Worcester Lagrange LLC announces the availability of a Draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) for the cleanup of chlorinated volatile organic compound(CVOC) and petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soils at 47 Lagrange Street and a portion of 50 Lagrange Street, Worcester, MA (MassDEP Release Tracking Number 2-52629). The cleanup will prepare the site for new affordable housing development as part of the Lagrange Lofts project. Comment Period: June 10 to July 10, 2026 (30 days).
