NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT and PUBLIC HEARING SHERWOOD 2045 SEWER SERVICE AREA PLAN UPDATE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT and PUBLIC HEARING SHERWOOD 2045 SEWER SERVICE AREA PLAN UPDATE The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC), as a contracted agency of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR), is the Areawide Coordinating Agency under Wisconsin's Areawide Water Quality Management Planning Program, and is therefore responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating Sewer Service Area Plans within the designated area. The ECWRPC is preparing to approve the Draft Sherwood 2045 Sewer Service Area (SSA) Plan. The Sherwood 2045 SSA Plan updates and supersedes the Sherwood 2020 SSA Plan, approved by the WDNR on March 1st, 2002. The ECWRPC will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. at the ECWRPC main office, 400 Ahnaip Street, Suite 100, Menasha, WI 54952, on June 10, 2026 during the regularly scheduled Environmental Management Committee Meeting. The Public Hearing is being held pursuant to Wisconsin Administrative Code NR 121.07(1)(b). Comments regarding the Draft Sherwood 2045 SSA Plan will be accepted until June 1, 2026.
