NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEAVERBROOKE WEST PLAT FOUR MILL AND OVERLAY CITY OF GRIMES, IOWA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Public Hearing on Proposed Contract Documents and Estimated Costs for Improvement Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Grimes, Iowa on the proposed Contract Documents (plans, specifications, and form of contract), and estimated total cost for the Beaverbrooke West Plat Four Mill and Overlay project at its meeting at 5:30 P.M. on the 28th day of April, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, Grimes Community Complex, 410 SE Main Street #202, Grimes, Iowa, 50111. General Nature of the Public Improvement BEAVERBROOKE WEST PLAT FOUR MILL AND OVERLAY The Beaverbrooke West Plat Four Mill and Overlay resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement of NW Gabus Drive, NW Calista Street, NW 18th Street, and NW Kelsey Lynn Circle, NW Norton Drive, and NW Morningside Drive within the Beaverbrooke West Plat Four development. The project includes approximately 2,775 Tons of HMA overlay, milling, and full depth patching, traffic control, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
