NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE GRANGER PLAN AND ZONING COMMISSION ON
AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE
The Granger Plan and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the Granger Community Center at 2200 Walnut Street, Granger, Iowa, to consider amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Granger with respect to Zoning to amend Beaver Creek Estates Planned Unit Development in Code Section 167.18(3)(C), 167.18(4), and 167.18(6) regarding dividing the referenced Parcel 3 into Parcel 3, Parcel 4, and Parcel 5, to create two residential districts and one commercial district.
Any person may express their opinion on the proposed amendment at the Public Hearing.
