BEFORE GRANGER PLAN AND ZONING COMMISSION
ON AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE
The Granger Plan and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in the Granger Community Center at 2200 Walnut Street, Granger, Iowa, to consider amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Granger with respect to Zoning to create new Zoning Districts as Code Section 167.19 to be titled "RE-1" District, as Code Section 167.20 to be titled "RE-2 District, and as Code Section 167.21 to be titled "RE-3" District for creation of Residential Estates Residential Zoning Districts within in the City Limits of Granger, Iowa.
Any person may express their opinion on the proposed amendment at the Public Hearing.
