NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SOUTH MILWAUKEE COMMON COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of South Milwaukee will hold a public hearing at the Administrative Building, Common Council Chambers, 2424 15th Ave. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM to hear and consider testimony and take action regarding the Cudahy Water Utility's draft Water Utility Service Area Plan as required by Wis. Stat. 281.348. The Water Supply Service Area Plan is available for public inspection at the City of South Milwaukee Administrative Building, Clerk's Office, during normal business hours. The plan can also be found on the City's website: https://www.southmilwaukee.gov/227/Water-Utility.
