VILLAGE OF WESTON PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Weston Municipal Center Board Room, 4747 Camp Phillips Road to consider modification to an approved Conditional Use Permit (Project 20250439) per Sec. 94.16.06(13) for River View Construction at 4801 & 4803 Ross Avenue.
Legal Description of the Property:
Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and Part of the Southeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 08 East, described in Certified Survey Map No. 6355, recorded in Volume 23, Page 183, as Document No. 945024, in the Marathon County Register of Deeds, located in the Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.
